You want a calming activity that is actually built for your needs.

Traditional fitness classes can feel too fast, too loud, or too unpredictable

Sensory overload can make it hard to stay in the room

You want movement and relaxation, but you need flexibility and breaks

You want a judgment-free space where support people are welcome

Gentle yoga, goats, and a class plan that makes room for everyone

Goat Yoga is a beginner-friendly yoga class on the farm while friendly goats roam around. In this adaptive version, you’ll have more structure, more choices, and more support, so you can participate comfortably.

Animal interaction can support calm and connection

Multiple reviews and meta-analyses of animal-assisted interventions report potential benefits for stress and anxiety reduction, and some improvements in social and behavioral outcomes for autistic and neurodivergent participants.

Mindfulness and breath-led movement can reduce distress

Systematic reviews of mindfulness-based and yoga-informed approaches in autism suggest they are feasible and may reduce psychological distress and support prosocial behaviors for participants.

Built as a sensory-considerate event

We use sensory-friendly event practices like a designated quiet break area, clear expectations, and flexible participation options, so you can self-regulate and rejoin when ready.

This class is not therapy and not medical treatment, it’s a supportive community experience.
